





After working with us during a 45,000 sf fitup in the LINX building for one of our clients, Boylston Properties engaged PIDC as a consultant for the conversion of LINX from a Class A office building to a Class A R&D lab/office building. We handled the procurement and installation of lab-ready infrastructure including 153,00 cfm of lab makeup air, a 4000-amp switchgear upgrade and multiple systems for exhaust and energy recovery.
