PIDC provided comprehensive design/build services for the manufacturing scale-up of a product used in pharmaceutical purification processes. This 12,000 sf fitup took place in an existing warehouse area over a five-month period. The fast-track schedule encompassed all aspects of design, procurement, permitting (including NJDEP air permits) and construction — including utility upgrades and multiple process support services.
