A three-phase 125,000 sf project which earned a LEED® Gold certification, the comprehensive eight-floor renovation of the 85-year-old Christian Science Publishing House included intensive historical restoration throughout. PIDC performed as CM for the wide-scope initiative on floors 5 through 9. Over 500 people were relocated during this complex effort, which required precise phased construction to accommodate continuing operational needs — and to ensure the health and safety of 235 occupants on floors 2 & 3 during construction.
