



For then-new client, Hilco Redevelopment Partners, PIDC was asked to fit out a high-tech space nestled within a 1940s high-bay wooden truss structure. The resulting space encompasses approximately 12,500 sf of offices, 6,500 sf of high bay R&D space, a 1,500 sf café, and four new core toilet rooms. The interior restored brick, natural wood trusses and open wood ceilings combined to form a ready-to-use functional space for Humatics, the end client.
