Since 2001, Peter’s primary role has been to define the overall course of business, while contributing daily to favorable project outcomes and overall client satisfaction. This requires both an understanding of the construction industry and the ability to establish a broad directional plan — while making the big-picture strategic decisions that elevate a project execution.

Prior to joining PIDC, Peter was Regional Vice President for Marshall Contractors in Rumford, RI. A leading technology facilities builder, the company’s significant portfolio included pharmaceutical, biotech, advanced technology and commercial projects. Its enviable repeat-client list included Fortune 500 leaders such as Pfizer, Intel and IBM — along with a long list of regional startups.

With over 35 years of regional construction management, contracting and design/build experience, Peter’s unique project delivery methods result in a truly integrated team approach. He firmly believes that, if you do the right thing for your clients, everything else will follow.

A University of New Hampshire graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering. Peter resides in Holliston with his wife, Kim and their yellow lab, Greeley. They have two grown children pursuing their own passionate careers. Peter has served on the Holliston Building Committee advisory board, and continues to serve the First Congregational Church of Holliston on its capital campaign & property committees.
