In the renovation of this three-story, turn-of-the-century building, PIDC provided construction management with design-assist MEP services. The extensive interior and exterior work included the renovation of 60 bedroom suites, complete with kitchens, bathrooms and other amenities.

Founded in France, the Sisters of St. Joseph are a Roman Catholic order of women. In 1873, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston opened their first school in Jamaica Plain — and three years later established a novitiate. The Framingham location serves as a facility for retired sisters.
