Construction Manager

Bringing 25 years of construction industry experience to picture, the last 13 with PIDC, Steve Brash supervises all construction operations across the work environments he oversees to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety across each project lifecycle.

Steve is responsible for monitoring and controlling staffing levels and productivity of subcontractors, while coordinating with the owner’s facility representatives, site security personnel and other supervisory personnel. Maintaining a professional work environment and harmonious relations with the building trades throughout the project execution, he also communicates the daily requirements of field operations to the Project Manager in order to enable effective planning and support, while chairing field-level meetings.

Steve’s career path in the industry has included early civil work for Boston’s Central Artery Tunnel and running his own construction firm — as he has amassed numerous licenses, certifications and affiliations. These include his designation as a board-certified Safety Training Supervisor Construction (STSC) professional, along with LEED AP BC+D credentials signifying expertise in green building. He also holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
