Over the past 40-plus years, Kevin has serviced projects in over 20 states. His varied roles include project manager/executive, operations manager and owner representative. At PIDC, Kevin is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of standardized work processes and procedures, to ensure the repeated delivery of safe, successful projects for satisfied clients.

Core values and consistency in processes have always been guiding principles for Kevin. As he continually encourages his team to examine the current “accepted” paradigm — and to creatively challenge the status quo — PIDC has built a top-notch team of project managers, superintendents and document control personnel. The integrity and energy they bring to each assignment, augmented by competitive employment of proven suppliers and subcontractors, is reflected in their exacting, cost-effective execution.

Keeping with the PIDC management philosophy, Kevin is actively involved in both project planning and implementation. He maintains a MA Construction Supervisor License, along with requisite Superintendent licenses in both Boston and Cambridge.

Before joining PIDC in 2001, Kevin was Regional Operations Manager for Marshall Contractors in Rumford, RI: the genesis of his long, fruitful working relationship with our CEO, Peter Young. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Construction Management, Kevin also earned a Master’s Degree in Education from Rhode Island College.

Residing in East Greenwich, RI, Kevin and his wife Mary Jane have four adult children. In addition to his vital roles to ensure the continued success and growth at PIDC, while developing the next generation of management, Kevin collaborates with Mary Jane in operating their nonprofit organization which helps educational organizations achieve their goals to update and improve their physical facilities.
