PIDC has provided design and construction management services for Thermo Fisher Scientific at ten (10+) of their facilities throughout the northeast. Recently, PIDC completed design, local permits, and construction management services for their new 56,000 sf Doe & Ingalls Northeast cGMP chemical distribution facility in Peabody, Massachusetts. PIDC’s knowledge and experience with cGMP, FM Global and NFPA regulations allowed us to deliver a project compliant with the most stringent industry standards and practices.

Project Highlights Include:
• Storage and warehousing of chemical and raw materials, including H-2 flammables and H-3 oxidizers
• Dip tube exchange and temperature-controlled 2-8°C cold storage
• ISO Class 8 and Class 100 cleanrooms provide sampling services for sourcing and quality control (QC) testing of production chemical materials
